Returns & Refunds

You may return unused sponges only — each sponge must remain in its original individual sealed packaging. Returns must start within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used sponges cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund (hygiene). To start a return, email hello@sudslab.store with your order number. After we receive and verify that returned items are unused and still sealed, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Outbound shipping is free; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the goods arrived damaged or defective.
